L'Oreal Miss Manga Mascara Review

While some might be excited to for a music festivals or … darn it what do the kids do these days?  I get excited trying new makeup. With that being said new from L’Oreal is there Miss Manga mascara. With its cutesy panda packaging to its gimmicky bendy wand I was literally ecstatic when I saw this at the drug store.

Yes I am a self-proclaimed makeup nerd and darn proud of it.

The Miss Manga mascara L’Oreal is a part of their Voluminous Range so you guessed it this is a volumizing mascara. While this does add volume I would say it also does everything else like thicken and lengthen. Performance wise this mascara works best with one quick coat anymore and things start to get a little too thick for me. The formula itself is some where between wet and dry… so lets go with non-sticky gel.

I feel like we need to stop and talk about the brush for a second. This mascara has a fantastic, amazing, super brush.

In a nutshell the brush is slightly tapered on one side it allows you to get every single lash imaginable and it also works like a charm for bottom lashes too. I also really like that the fibers grip my lashes making for more even application.
My only flaw in this mascara is because the wand is so bendy it’s hard to brush excess product out off. I mean it’s not the hardest thing in the world but it would definitely be easier if the brush was a little ridged.

Overall, I like a product that does it all and in seconds too. I mean who doesn’t? I can understand why people have explained this to be clumpy or spidery. Two coats of Miss Manga can be too much. However with one simple swipe (dare I say half ass swipe?), I have longer, voluminous, ticker and evenly coated lashes that don’t flake or stick. In comparison to others I can’t say that any of my mascaras give me such a dramatic look so quickly as the Miss Manga. I love this stuff!
