New Years Eve 2 Months Early

It may be November 1st, but my mind is 2 months ahead of me. I spied this perfect sparkly top on ASOS and knew I had to share. I love love love New Year's Eve. I mean, who doesn't like a holiday that involves champagne, kisses and glitter?! Wouldn't it make the perfect New Years Eve top?! Not to mention, I'm also obsessed with this dress.
